• Event date, guest count, location, and menu preferences (booking form)
• Reviews and star ratings you choose to submit

Information collected automatically:

• Pages visited, time on site, and general location (city/region level) via Google Analytics
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referral source (how you found the site)

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. We do not collect precise GPS location or any payment information through this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to booking requests and provide quotes
• To communicate with you about your event
• To display reviews you voluntarily submit on the site
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (via Google Analytics)

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

This site uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Period. Your contact information is used only to fulfill your booking or respond to your inquiry.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. Since we don't sell data, there is no opt-out of sale required — but you can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Retention

Booking inquiries and contact messages are retained for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for standard business record-keeping (typically up to 2 years). Reviews submitted to the site are displayed publicly and retained until you request removal. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (26 months).

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out tool
